Hey there! I started off as a graduate of University of Florida with a B.S in Psychology and a minor in Business. My focus in school was Applied Behavior Analysis, working with children with developmental disabilities. Then I decided to get married and starting having children right away. Once my youngest was a year old, I started working at Engage Church part-time doing everything under the sun. I eventually moved up to managing the staff at the church and human resources as well as helping create the New Rules Project. Things shifted in my personal life in 2017 when I got divorced and starting working full-time.

Today I am remarried, with 6 children and certified by the American Association of Christian Counselors as a life coach. I wanted to start my life coaching business to do what I have found that I do best – helping people do the hard things in life better.

I have been blessed with many varied opportunities during my time as a life coach.

-Spoken on Diversity and Inclusion to a Fortune 500 International Company

-Spoken to a Division 1 University volleyball team about personality types and how that impacts team cohesiveness.

-Worked with a health care professional on how to stream-line her workday to be more balanced and effective.

-Coached people who are starting new businesses on how to set-up the business with effective systems and marketing.

-Coached people through divorce and recovering from codependency.

-Lead an ongoing support group for mothers of teenagers.
